Who we are
Scheduler is a scheduling service for individuals and teams, operated by AloraSystem (“we”, “us”). You can reach us about privacy at baizidjohan@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and a password, which is stored only in hashed form.
- Workspace details: organization names, people, services, availability, calendar blocks and settings that you or your team add.
- Booking details: appointment times and the customer contact information entered for a booking, such as name, email address, phone number and notes.
- Activity records: a history of changes made in a workspace, used to protect accounts and investigate problems.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide Scheduler: to sign you in, show and manage calendars, prevent double bookings, send the notifications and integrations your organization turns on, keep the service secure and help when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you connect, you choose a Google account and Scheduler asks for:
- your basic Google identity and email address, so we can show which account is connected; and
- permission to create its own secondary calendars and manage events on them only. Scheduler cannot see, read or change your other calendars or events.
What we send to Google. Scheduler creates a calendar named “Scheduler · organization · person” and copies onto it each confirmed booking’s service name, customer name, start and end time and a booking reference, plus the title and time of blocked periods.
What we never send to Google. Customer email addresses, phone numbers, notes, booking codes, API keys or other people’s private calendar details.
One-way only. Changes made in Google Calendar never change your Scheduler bookings or availability. Scheduler does not import or read events from Google.
Storage. The access Google grants us is stored encrypted and used only to keep those Scheduler calendars up to date. When you disconnect, we delete it and stop updating Google. Calendars and events already copied stay in your Google account until you remove them. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
Scheduler’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI or machine learning models, and do not let people read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.
Security and retention
We protect data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and codes, encrypted integration credentials and per-organization access controls. We keep information while your account or organization is active. Deleted organizations can be restored by their owner; ask us if you want data removed permanently.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Scheduler. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing baizidjohan@gmail.com. If you are a customer of an organization that uses Scheduler, you can also contact that organization directly.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date above. Questions are welcome at baizidjohan@gmail.com.
